Mobile World Congress 2026 edition welcomed over 105 000 attendees and 2900 exhibitors, partners and sponsors from 207 countries and territories. MWC is one of the world’s largest connectivity event and this year celebrated 20 years in Barcelona.
Innovative demos
We presented at our stand in hall 5 several forward-looking demos building future autonomous networks with our breakthrough technologies.
- Opti-Sphere: Agentic AI Optimizing Private 5G Performance Live at Sea. This is a collaboration with Telenor and NVIDIA, the demo was presented at our stand 5D97 and also on Telenor stand in hall 2, stand 2J20.
The solution, Opti-Sphere, is a first-of-its-kind agentic network optimization system that helps public and private 5G operators to transit from isolated and manual tuning to coordinated and automated decision-making. It turns live network data into actionable insights, and when approved, can apply safe configuration changes, pre-validated through a real-time digital twin.

- Intent-driven RAN automation: BPI France-backed collaboration powered by O-RAN–compliant rApps with Ericsson, CentraleSupelec and Orange in the framework of Intention 6G Project.
This collaboration showcases intent-driven RAN automation powered by O-RAN–compliant rApps that run across both Ericsson and BubbleRAN’s RAN automation platforms. This collaboration has resulted in an initial prototype of two families of Service Level Agreement rApps addressing key operator priorities, most notably Green SLA (energy efficiency) and Premium SLA (performance assurance).

- SliceDirect for Intelligent Transport Systems: Breakthrough technology delivering SLA-assured, end-to-end network slicing.
The demo showcases heterogeneous V2X traffic enhanced with edge intelligence placed close to vehicles, supporting latency-critical services such as vehicle teleoperation alongside high-fidelity and high-bitrate video streams. It scales to multi-region, multi-zone deployments through optimized inter-slice connectivity.

Open Ecosystem with partners: We showcased our Open Ecosystem by bringing together customers from around the world to showcase their work realized with our innovative platform, MX-PDK, designed for building, validating and scaling 5G/6G networks from lab to production. Three customers participated to this demo showcase:

- VTT from Finland
- University of the West of Scotland
