From 2nd to 5th of June 2026 EUCNC and 6G Summit conference welcomed over 1000 attendees from 40 different countries. The event focuses on all aspects of telecommunications ranging from 5G deployment and mobile IoT to 6G exploration and future networks. The event is held in Europe every year, this time the gathering took place in Malaga, Spain. EUCNC is a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, share progress, and strengthen collaborations across the telco R&D ecosystem.
Demos supporting cutting-edge telco R&D
We presented at our stand two demos powered by our flagship product, MX-PDK, 5G/6G O-RAN platform & DevKit. MX-PDK enables countless solutions and unlimited use-cases, both TN and NTN.
- AI-RAN & O-RAN for NTN/TN: Traffic Prediction In this demo you can see the connectivity of our MX-PDK with OCUDU, Amarisoft and OAI, for both NTN and TN networks. In the SMO part, we deploy rApp for traffic prediction to monitor the traffic from the UE. The product used in this demo is MX-PDK, our all-in-one platform enabling 5G/6G O-RAN research from lab to deployment.

- 5G ISAC Spatial Intelligence: This demo includes three ISAC use-cases: Real-time UE positioning, Human & Object Detection and Multi-UE Spatial Density Estimation. This demo is a collaboration between BubbleRAN, Eurecom, Multi-X EU funded Project and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology

Through our participations in different global research projects, we were also present on several project stands. With the teams of Multi-X Project, 6G-Cloud, 6G Senses and France 6G with Intention 6G we showcased the realized work, future plans and connected with the outstanding teams driving these innovative initiatives.
Connecting with Taiwan
For several years now, BubbleRAN is collaborating with Industrial Technology Research Institute, ITRI around ISAC topic in the form of joint demos, proof-of-concepts and events. Together, we believe in the transformative potential of ISAC, merging sensing and communication capabilities, effectively creating new business opportunities and redefining the role of cellular networks in future industry. During EUCNC, we also joined a panel disucssion about Global 6G Collaboration for Open, Intelligent, and Interoperable Innovation organized by ITRI. Very inspiring discussion with contributions from both European and Taiwanese telco experts.
